Easy Summer Berry Yogurt Parfaits
A refreshing, no-bake dessert layered with creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and crunchy granola.
When I crave something sweet and refreshing, especially on a warm summer evening, these parfaits are my go-to. They feel so elegant, but honestly, they're incredibly simple to throw together—perfect for when you don't want to turn on the oven. You can even get the kids involved in layering! Plus, the combination of creamy yogurt, juicy berries, and crunchy granola is just divine.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Wash and hull the strawberries if using, then slice them.
- Get out four serving glasses or jars.
- Start layering: place a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, berries, and granola until the glasses are full, ending with a final layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
